Key Account Managers
Rigging International is seeking experienced sales professionals to fill positions covering key market segments in the US and Canada. Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience with demonstrated success in selling technical solutions in a commercial setting. Knowledge of specialized rigging, heavy lift and transport services a plus. Ideal candidates will combine a strong technical background with excellent communication and organizational skills in the pursuit of business opportunities.
Position responsibilities include:
- Generate $5-10 million in annual sales
- Manage existing customer relationships
- Prospect for new customers in targeted market segments
- Identify and manage internal resources required to develop opportunities
- Prepare estimates, develop proposals and presentations
- Contribute to the success of the business unit
- College degree in business, construction management or engineering preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a commitment towards continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Authorization to work in the US and/or Canada

Field Engineers and Draftspersons
Rigging International’s Engineering department located in Missoula, Montana has two each full-time field engineer and draftsperson positions available.
Successful engineer applicant will have a B.S. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, a strong background in design with a preference toward its field application, and a working knowledge of Inventor/AutoCAD and the AISC manual. Minimum engineering experience requirement is 3 years. Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national. Previous experience in the crane and rigging field is a plus. Duties include planning and specifying use of specialized lifting and transporting equipment, designing new equipment, field assignments to support major projects, estimating, scheduling, and purchasing. Travel required.
Successful draftsperson applicant will have a strong background and excellent working knowledge of Inventor/AutoCAD. Minimum drafting experience requirement is 1 year. Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national. Previous experience in the crane and rigging field is a plus. Duties include conceptual and detailed drafting, structural detailing, planning, 3D animation, and rendering.
